UK Cloud Business Trend: 48 Percent Embraces Cloud Computing
You reap what you sow; finally – what cloud vendors are buzzing all this time pays back – big time. The business world slowly but surely are trusting the cloud as an important factor in their business strategy for the future.
In the UK, businesses see that jump onto the cloud bandwagon is a positive strategic move. According to Cloud Industry Forum (CIF) – click here for the white paper – nearly half of them are using cloud computing for their business operations in one way or another.
According to the same white paper and a coverage by TMCnet, UK small and medium businesses (SMBs) – unlike their larger counterparts – are keen on the benefits of cloud computing for business: 63 percent of respondents value the flexibility cloud computing brings to their business.
The typical benefits enjoyed by UK SMBs include the rapid cloud deployment, reliability, scalability and the budget-friendliness of pay-as-you-go service payment plan.
The cloud computing adoption results are also positive; 94% of the respondents say that they are happy with the results of their decision in going cloud.
Just like in any business sectors, testimonials are powerful; with all the positive impacts cloud computing bring to businesses, there will be more businesses embracing the cloud.
